The NFT Musique du Monde project is based on a strategic integration of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and aims to convey to the public useful and positive information, complemented by a historical section based on an existential numerology approach. This project selects high-level artists, whose music meets professional standards, and who are legally engaged in innovative contractual collaborations with quality partners. These partners demonstrate the feasibility and viability of this innovative concept within their organizations, thus attesting to the absence of analogues on the market.  There are no exploitative relationships in this framework, only fair partnerships, guaranteeing the absence of precarious working conditions or indecent remuneration. The entire project is based on the system of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which has been managed in an innovative way for four years and is supported by eighteen years of professional experience of the presenter and producer, as well as experts in development, innovation, performance, musical composition1and audiovisual production. This expertise is internationally recognized through collaborations with various ministries of culture in Europe, Russia, as well as other countries. The initiative brings together new technologies, world cultural history and audiovisual production in a harmonious framework. The project is enriched by six complementary sub-projects, balancing the needs of NFT creators, collectors and fans, while offering exclusive moments with renowned artists. It also offers legal information validated in collaboration with the Ministries of Culture, based on both human and intelligent verifications through advanced artificial intelligence systems, the development of which will peak in 2025.

Launch and international scopeThe official launch of the project is scheduled for January 1, 2025, with strict standards that meet the standards of diplomatic missions, bringing together artists and representatives of world music and culture with the aim of promoting universal values. The project, initially offered in French, Russian and English, will expand to Portuguese, facilitating communication with people speaking these main languages. Ultimately, the development will be carried out in collaboration with legal and legitimate partners, supported by formal acts of commitment, and with associations and companies willing to engage in solid partnerships.Legal protection and cybersecurityIt is crucial to emphasize that this project faces significant risks related to the protection of artists’ rights and compliance with ethical standards, in particular in the face of attempts at unauthorized dissemination of musical content. The project is committed to protecting its partners and members against any misuse by entities seeking to compromise the integrity of the project for purposes contrary to the interests of artists, or for unethical medical or scientific purposes. A reinforced cybersecurity system is in place, surpassing current protection standards, to guarantee the security of data and transactions, as well as the confidentiality of information shared within the framework of this project. In conclusion, NFT Musique du Monde aspires to make a significant contribution to the evolution of cultural industries while ensuring respect for copyright and the protection of the data of its participants. The signatory partners, associated with the project, undertake to promote an ethical and transparent artistic ecosystem, in alignment with the principles of respect and cultural inclusion.
